Of all the things to think about this time of year, perhaps the last thing on anyone’s mind is the New Year’s resolution. Maybe it’s because we don’t have enough time to think about it, or it’s because we want to avoid telling ourselves that we can improve. In any case, it’s a healthy exercise to set goals. 

My goal for 2011 is to provide unmatched service to my clients. I believe that the only true way to achieve this is to listen to what is important to my clients. By understanding what is unique about each relationship and assignment, we are able to match the proper strategy and expertise to the task at hand. 

Typically we save our clients 15% to 25% in occupancy costs. We do this by putting our clients’ interests first and aligning their interests with our success. We see their real estate as a strategic advantage, and look down the road to make sure the real estate decision they make puts their company in a position for future growth.  

 With regard to New Year’s resolutions, I believe Rocky Balboa said it best in Rocky IV after defeating Ivan Drago: “If I can change, and you can change, then we all can change.”
