If tenants are willing to leave their Cambridge zip code, the seaport is a strong alternative. If tenants insist on the Cambridge cache, Lechmere Square recent availabilities present a strong opportunity for growing tenants.

As a result, the long-term potential opportunity for Lechmere Square is strong. Future construction developments will help to connect Kendall Square with Lechmere Square. These developments include ARE’s Life Science Square, the Cambridge Courthouse, and NorthPoint.
