In just four quarters, the Class A segment of the Boston market has shown a real divergence in rents between the Seaport District, Back Bay and Financial District.

Over that same period, the spread in Class B space has narrowed significantly between the Financial District and Seaport. Rents in the Seaport are rising quickly.

The Financial District is likely to next see a meaningful upward swing in rents. Watch for future COWs on the subject.
