Tenant leverage varies greatly across submarkets.

The strength exhibited in Cambridge and the Back Bay, as well as in the region’s suburbs, will pull other markets up this curve over time.

Class A rents in the CBD have grown in disparate amounts.  Rents in both the Seaport and Financial Districts have reached $50 psf. The Back Bay at $55 psf has maintained a premium over the other two.
