At Jones Lang LaSalle, we know that company performance is really people performance. One of our employee recognition programs, the Spotlight program, aims to better express our appreciation for those people who live our values and deliver results, every day. The program has two major types of awards. The first type of awards, the Culture awards, recognizes employees who are the best examples of our core values. The second type of awards, the Performance awards, recognizes those who deliver outstanding results and performance within their business for the calendar year.
This program relies on nominations from peers, managers and others within JLL. Many of these awards are applicable to everyone regardless of level, team, office or role. Let’s give a big congratulations to our 2013 team New England winners!
