Jones Lang LaSalle works with a number of leading technology companies creating some of the most innovative workspace in Cambridge.
Recently, JLL represented Central Plaza at 675 Mass. Ave. Cambridge owner Intercontinental Real Estate Corp. on a 30,000 s.f. lease to Nuance, the company that develops Dragon speech-recognition software. Jones Lang LaSalle Construction just completed the fit-out of Nuance’s edgy 30,000 s.f. office. The new space expresses Nuance’s brand and culture, with open floor plates, an exposed waffle ceiling, skylights, and roof deck all fostering collaboration.
WCVB’s Chronicle recently visited Nuance at their new space in Cambridge. For more information on the fascinating work that Nuance is doing, click here to see the segment.
