Visnick & Caulfield recently took home the Best Office Design under 10,000 square feet at the IIDA New England Design Awards for their work on Kensington Capital Holdings’ Boston offices.
The JLL PDS team, led by Patrick Triggs, managed the project from KCH’s vision of their new space into design and through construction. The high finish level space was designed in nine weeks and constructed over the course of 14 weeks.
“It was great to partner with such a creative team on this project,” said Triggs. “We really enjoyed seeing the design process develop from ideas on paper to the construction of a beautiful work environment.”
JLL Executive Vice President Tom Kent and Managing Director Tom O’Regan negotiated the lease for KCH’s new 8,000-square-foot space at 177 Huntington Avenue, and brought in the PDS team to manage the project of creating KCH’s new home.
