We often say our people are our strongest asset, which is why recognizing those key individuals who help distinguish us in the industry is so critically important. JLL’s Champion of Excellence award is one way we do just that. Bestowed annually on a select number of JLL employees with at least ten years of service, the award recognizes those individuals whose contributions to the firm, industry and community go above and beyond. Of over 4,300 eligible employees, five people were recognized last month at an award ceremony in Orlando, Florida.
Boston’s own Ben Breslau was among those deservedly honored as a 2016 Champion of Excellence. Currently JLL’s Director of Americas Research, Ben joined the organization as a research assistant in our Boston office more than 18 years ago. Throughout his time with the firm, he has grown and elevated our Research platform into the best in the commercial real estate industry.
“He’s essentially built the foundation of what our research is today,” said longtime colleague Pushpa Gowda.
“Ben really above all else is a bridge for us across our different businesses, synthesizing lots of information to bring together solutions for our clients,” added JLL Americas CEO Greg O’Brien.
Watch what Ben’s other colleagues and family members had to say, and please join us in congratulating Ben on this well-deserved honor!
