From Lisa Strope
New England Research Manager
Each year, JLL’s research team analyzes the top North American skylines and gives investors and tenants alike an up-close and personal look at some of the highest-profile commercial buildings and office towers in Boston and cities across the US and Canada.
Among other things, the JLL Skyline, which encompasses 1,175 buildings across 52 markets, features a summary of supply, demand, rent and investment trends, top themes shaping the Skyline today and in the future, as well as aggregated, floor-by-floor building data and comprehensive market analyses.
Last year, we launched the digital version of the Skyline, and this year we’re pleased to introduce a new tool call “mySkyline.” This unique feature allows registered users the ability to select buildings and create their own customized view that can be saved, referenced and shared. This new, exciting addition, which is available for JLL clientele, allows users to:
- Mark any building as favorite and delete any building from favorites list
- Create multiple mySkylines
- Edit the mySkyline name and description and add notes to each mySkyline
- Save the custom skyline to their account
- Share the custom skyline with other registered users via email
I encourage you to register for the Skyline or revisit it if you’ve registered previously, and take advantage of the new “mySkyline” tool. Please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions you may have.
