Earlier this week it was announced that LaSalle Investment Management, a subsidiary of JLL, had acquired 10 Post Office Square for $188.1 million, joining existing owner Synergy Investments as the building’s operating partner. 10 Post Office Square recently underwent a number of upgrades highlighted by a new lobby, conference center, wifi lounge, and fitness center.
