The rise of Boston’s Fort Point neighborhood has been years in the making, but with the recent addition of GE, the area has become a go-to destination for companies of all types and sizes. Just a few blocks away from the future site of GE’s headquarters is 9 Channel Center, an historic brick and beam building that recently underwent a large scale renovation by owner Berkeley Investments.

Corderman & Company, a Boston-based construction management firm, recently became the first tenant to call 9 Channel Center home, when it moved in to just over 10,000 square feet on the building’s 4th floor. Take a look at some of their stunning office photos below, and feel free to contact Tom O’Regan or Roger Breslin for more information on available space at the property.
