JLL completes $18M YMCA renovation

JLL’s PDS team recently completed a two-phase, $18M project at the Parkway Community YMCA (formerly the West Roxbury YMCA). The project included the demolition of 16,000 square feet from an existing building, and the construction of a 24,000 square foot addition.
